Kenes International employs two experienced chief hostesses and a team of multi-lingual staff to work on site. All on-site staff are trained to operate Kenes' software handling registration and accommodation. Additional back-up for less specialised tasks is provided by local staff and we are able to integrate volunteers into the team should this be required.
The audio-visual team ensures the highest standard of service for the smooth-running of the scientific program and on-site technicians take care of signage, internet stations and all the special needs of the congress participants.
