We have implemented specific guidelines with the aim of controlling and improving the quality of work at all stages in the Congress preparation. These guidelines are based on ISO 9000 Standards and accompany the Congress from the very first day of work until the last of the final reports after the Congress is over.

The Kenes International Quality Control and Management Guidelines ensure the highest quality of the process and the final product. Among the Guidelines are the following measures:

• Drafting and proofing documents by trained staff
• Separate control systems for the Registration and Accommodation Departments and the Scientific Secretariat
• Merging of all relevant mailing lists and databases to avoid duplication
• Periodical reports of submitted abstracts – identification and elimination of repetitive submissions
• All congress accounts are audited by an independent CPA
• Final reports are prepared and certified by an independent CPA
