Each congress or event is allocated to a Congress Team. There are 13 teams in Kenes International, each headed by a Senior Professional Congress Organizer (often referred to as a Project Manager). Project Managers have at least 15 years' experience in congress management.
The Project Manager is responsible for all issues related to the congress and works in close contact with the Organizing Committee, liaising with the staff members in Kenes and outside contractors. This person serves as the focal point for the Organizing Committee through all stages of work on the project.
The Senior Congress Organizer has a dedicated team under his/her management. The team includes experts in different aspects of congress organization, from registration, accommodation to scientific program management and more.
